Your new support tool: EMIS Now
From Wednesday 6th November we are changing how you raise support cases for the Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG) and transitioning to a new platform, EMIS Now https://www.emisnow.com/.
On EMIS Now, you will be able to raise and manage your cases, and in the future, access additional training guides and resources.
Accessing EMIS Now:
You may already have an EMIS Now account if you use other EMIS products (such as EMIS Web). If this is the case, you will start to see ‘Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG)’ as an option when you raise a case.
For those who don’t have an EMIS Now account, we have created one for you. To gain access you will need to:
Go to EMIS Now https://www.emisnow.com/ on the home page and select “Forgotten Password? Click here to reset”
Input the same email address you usually use to raise cases for the MIG. This will trigger a password reset email to be sent to your inbox
Follow the instructions to reset your password and then you can access EMIS Now
If you need assistance with accessing or setting up a new EMIS Now account, you can use Live Chat, which is accessible via the bottom-right corner of the EMIS Now log-in screen.
